4 Maggio 2020 – Firenze Covid19
Siamo ufficialmente nella fase 2. Firenze inizia lentamente a svegliarsi ed io insieme a lei.
La prima cosa che ho voluto fare oggi, è stata quella di riprendere in mano la macchina fotografica e passeggiare per le vie della mia adorata città.
Scattare distrattamente qualche foto qua e là, senza un’idea, senza un’intenzione, a mente sgombra. Godendo del caldo sole di primavera, osservando il lento risveglio e assaporando la voglia di tornare alla normalità.
Sono state otto settimane lunghe, in cui ho preferito rimanere in silenzio ad ascoltare e rispettare quello che ci è stato chiesto di fare: rimanere a casa e proteggere le persone che ci stanno accanto.
E’ stato un tempo necessario per impaurirsi e poi reagire; per deprimersi e poi entusiasmarsi; per sentire tutte le mancanze e poi colmare i vuoti; per arrabbiarsi e poi fare la pace; per osservare e poi vedere, per arrendersi e poi riorganizzarsi.
E adesso si ricomincia, con una nuova centratura e con uno strano entusiasmo consapevole di ciò che sarà.
Sarà dura. Mi mancheranno i miei matrimoni, conoscere i miei sposi, emozionarmi con loro, abbracciarli e sostenerli. Mi mancherà tornare a casa a notte fonda, con la schiena rotta ma col sorriso sulle labbra.
Pazienza e fiducia per quello che desidererei adesso ma che solo col tempo sarà.
E io la mia Firenze la voglio ricordare così, nel suo risveglio timido, rispettoso, assorto e ferito. Aspettando di rivederla il prima possibile splendere di forza, fierezza e accoglienza.
